Long Island Jewish Valley Stream includes the Orzac Center for Rehabilitation. The Hospital Division provides a scope of services, including orthopedics, wound care, cardiology, oncology and ambulatory surgery. The Orzac Center offers patients short-term rehabilitation therapy.
The Lions Eye Bank for Long Island is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to restoring and preserving the sight of those in need, located at Long Island Jewish Valley Stream since 2010. It is a partnership between the hospital and the Lions Clubs of Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn and Queens, and serves the entire metropolitan area in facilitating sight-restoring corneal transplants. Since the inception, the Lions Eye Bank has provided corneal tissue for 16,417 transplants.
